What is GreyWolf Gear?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive in 7-15 business days via standard shipping. Free shipping on every single order with no minimum purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or never arrives, we refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice — and you don't ship anything back. We don't accept returns for sizing or change of mind, so measure your dog before ordering and email us if you're between sizes.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! Every GreyWolf product is backed by our quality guarantee. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our gear, and if something fails due to a manufacturing defect (not normal wear), we'll make it right.
How does sizing work?
Check the size chart on each product page — detailed measurements are listed for every size. Some of our imported styles run smaller than standard US sizing, so we recommend measuring a garment you own and comparing before ordering. We don't accept returns for fit, so email us before you order if you're between sizes and we'll tell you which to pick.
Are your products really military-grade?
Our gear is built with the construction methods you'd expect from tactical equipment: reinforced stitching, water-resistant fabrics, thermal regulation, and tear-resistant materials. Every product is covered by our quality guarantee.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for my tactical gear?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Our gear is built to last through hundreds of washes. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. For water-resistant items, re-apply DWR spray after 20-30 washes to maintain performance.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@greywolfgear.co with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away. Damaged items are rare but we stand behind every order 100%.
