Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If Your Order Is Delayed

If your order won't arrive within the window above, we'll email you with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel for a full, prompt refund.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs & Duties

GreyWolf Gear is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@greywolfgear.co with photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
